Our smoked meats are cooked slow and low over hickory wood with each cut seasoned in a blend of traditional Texan BBQ and Middle Eastern spices. The recommended portion size per adult is 250g when consuming only meats.

Our steaks are smoked and then torched to sear. Recommended medium-rare/pink but served to your liking with our special compound butter, a portion of fries and garlic bread.
