No fine-dining pedigree. Just real people with full-time jobs, full hearts, and a shared hunger for juicy brisket, tender ribs, and smoky goodness that actually hits.
What began as backyard BBQ experiments and YouTube deep-dives turned into tasting sessions, failed leases, and a hunt across London for the perfect spot. After a few scrapped plans (RIP backyard smoker and ghost kitchen), they found their home in the heart of West Ealing and went all in. Salt’s isn’t about frills. It’s about flavour.
